yes it is... it's bee in the works for 11+ years, but now it's actually happening! The plans fell through twice before- the King Street location falling through was devastating to a lot of people. But our General Manager stayed on board, and a lot of people worked really hard. It's been great to see member owners coming in, teary, because it's finally real!
